Our Story
Royal Court Care Home has been part of the Cleethorpes community since the late 1990s. What began as a small residential home has grown, over the years, into a trusted centre of excellence for elderly care in North Lincolnshire.
Throughout that time, our founding values have never changed: treat every resident with dignity, involve families at every stage, and create a home that people genuinely want to live in. Those values guide every decision we make.
Today, under the leadership of Registered Manager Hayley Peace and Director Mayur Bokhiria, Royal Court continues to develop its services, invest in its team, and set a high standard for person-centred care in the region.

Registered Manager
Hayley has worked in adult social care for over 15 years, specialising in dementia and residential care. She joined Royal Court in 2015 and has been Registered Manager since 2018. Hayley holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and is passionate about continuous improvement in care quality.

Mayur has a background in healthcare operations and has been involved in the management of care homes across the East Midlands and Yorkshire for over a decade. He became Director of Royal Court in 2020, bringing a focus on investment, staff development, and raising the quality of life for every resident.
